At this year’s Service Desk & IT Support (SITS14) Show, Macro 4, a division of global software company UNICOM Global, will be highlighting the important role of IT analytics in IT service management (ITSM), both in driving performance improvements and in demonstrating the business value of IT, when it showcases the new release of iET ITSM.
iET ITSM, developed by iET Solutions, the specialist service management division of UNICOM Global, includes iET Process Analyzer, an IT analytics module that monitors IT performance and provides real-time graphical reporting using custom dashboards. It provides instant feedback on any potential problems so they can be remedied before performance is impacted.
iET Process Analyzer analyzes the process flow of individual incidents to quickly identify the root cause of the problems. Key performance indicators can be monitored for virtually any measurable aspect of IT, including ITIL processes.
