OVERVIEW

Your users expect fast access to business applications from any location, on any device  whether working with a browser, Eclipse framework or 3270 interface. You also need increased security to protect your organization from cyber threats. Tubes for z/OS is an advanced mainframe session manager that helps you address both of these challenges. Tubes improves user experience by allowing users to connect securely to multiple mainframe sessions, as well as IBM i and UNIX applications from a single menu, on any computer or mobile device. At the same time, Tubes provides system administrators with powerful capabilities to monitor and control user access.

An optional browser interface lets you instantly web enable your mainframe and IBM i applications without the expense of undertaking a development project. Browser access also removes the need for 3270 emulation software, offering the potential for significant additional cost savings. Additionally, users can enjoy the flexibility of working with mainframe and IBM i applications from virtually anywhere as they are no longer tied to a computer running a terminal emulator.
